Villion AI is a luxury concierge and hospitality platform. We connect you with an exclusive network of independent providers who deliver exceptional services around the world.

We design the journey; they execute the experience. Each provider (“Vendor”) operates independently, and your booking is fulfilled directly by them.

2. Your Experience and Our Agreement

When you make a booking through Villion AI, you enter two relationships:

• With Us (Villion AI): We handle discovery, coordination, payment, and client care.
• With the Vendor: They deliver the service you’ve chosen — whether it’s a villa stay, a jet charter, or a curated dinner.

By using Villion AI, you agree to follow The Villion Standard: use the platform responsibly, respect our partners, and honor all confirmed bookings.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Pricing Transparency: All prices shown include Villion AI’s booking or platform fee and applicable taxes before you confirm.
• Payment Security: When you confirm a booking, you authorize Villion AI to process payment securely on behalf of the Vendor.
• Availability & Confirmation: Bookings are subject to Vendor confirmation. If unavailable, we’ll help find an equivalent option or refund the Vendor’s portion.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Vendor policies apply. Villion AI’s platform fee is non-refundable unless a booking cannot be fulfilled.
• Deposits & Responsibility: You’re responsible for any damage, loss, or policy breach during your reservation.

4. Your Commitment to Villion AI

Exclusivity and reliability define the Villion AI experience.

• Provide accurate details and valid payment information.
• Use the platform for legitimate, personal, or approved business purposes.
• Do not contact Vendors directly to bypass Villion AI.
• Treat our team and partners with professionalism and discretion.

We may suspend or close any account for misuse or violation of these standards.

5. Reliability & Fulfillment

Vendors must guarantee that confirmed bookings are honored and prioritized for Villion AI clients. We expect flawless fulfillment — no double-booking, last-minute substitutions, or lapses.

If a Vendor fails to meet this standard, Villion AI will intervene to resolve or replace the experience whenever possible.

6. Our Promise on Privacy

• What We Collect: Your name, contact info, preferences, and payment details.
• How We Use It: To process bookings, personalize recommendations, and maintain compliance.
• How We Share It: Only with trusted Vendors or partners helping deliver your experience.
• Your Control: Request access, correction, or deletion via info@joinvillion.com.
• Security Measures: Encryption, secure servers, and internal access protocols.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

Villion AI curates and facilitates but does not own or operate Vendor services. We are not responsible for Vendor actions, omissions, or logistics.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total Villion AI platform fees paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect losses or incidental costs.

8. Cancellations & Changes by Villion AI

If unforeseen events occur or a Vendor cannot perform, Villion AI may cancel a booking and assist with alternatives or refunds. We may also suspend access in cases of fraud or misuse.

9. Intellectual Property & Content

All design, imagery, copy, and trademarks on Villion AI are protected intellectual property. You may not copy or reuse without written consent.

When sharing reviews or media, you grant Villion AI a non-exclusive right to use them tastefully with credit.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware (USA), under the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Rules. Delaware law governs these Terms.

11. Updates to The Villion Standard

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always appear on our website. Continued use of Villion AI means you accept the updates.
